Welcome.
Here is a sort of simplified map of jobike.it.
There are several sections.
0. Uso del forum : Forum rules, mission and info
1. Pro e Contro : General discussion about pedelecs (it's the main section)
2. Esperienze : Pedelec tests and reports about journeys etc.
3. Kit e fai da te : Electric kits
4. Pieghevoli : Folding bikes
5. La prima bici : Tips for the first pedelec
6. Accessori e trucchi : Accessories etc.
7. PEDELECafè : Free chat
8. Link interessanti : Interesting links
9. Prezzi ufficiali e Mercatino : New models prices and Buy&Sell
10. International Forum : ...
Of course you are welcome in any section. But outside the International forum you have to use a translator like Babel fish in order to be understood (hopefully) by all of us. The best thing is to post your message both in the original language and in the computerised translation.
Up in the page, near the "Magician", you'll find some useful "buttons". In particular:

To open a new thread just click on Nuova discussione: put the subject in the field Oggetto and the text in the field Messaggio - then click Inserisci discussione (or Anteprima if you want to preview it).
To reply you can use the Risposta veloce (= Quick reply) at the bottom of the page or you can click on Rispondi (= Answer - with more options for formatting).
Links with the *http://* are automatically recognized, to insert an image use the tags [*img][*/img] (always remove *!) or the button Inserisci Immagine.
Above each message there are some buttons that give you the chance to quote it in you reply (Rispondi quotando), or edit it if it is your message (Modifica messaggio) - and even cancel it with Elimina messaggio. You can also send a private message to the author using Invia a... un messaggio privato.
